Hi, If you are used to Birkenstock Arizona and know your size then it should feel exactly the same. There is a possibility you may have ordered the narrow version by mistake. The product title indicates narrow or regular. If it is only one of the shoes that doesnt feel right, would be interesting to phyisically compare it with your other colours.
