Q. How long does an order take to dispatch?
Standard and Express require 1-3 business days for dispatch (Mon-Fri)
Orders placed after 12 pm are treated as if they came in the next business day.
Delivery dates are estimates and not a guarantee as they are dependant on external factors. We use reputable courier services including DHL, DPD and Royal Mail.
Q. How much do you charge for delivery?
Standard 48hr business days transit Over £150 - FREE (Excluding Northern Ireland)
Standard 48hr business days transit Under £150 - £3.95 (Excluding Northern Ireland)
Express 24hr business days transit - £5.95 (Excluding Northern Ireland)

Q. What should I do if I would like to return an item for a refund?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days and we will refund the product price as soon as we receive your return.

Q. What if I would like an exchange instead of a refund?
Go ahead and order your replacement so we are sure the right product has been ordered, and that we can get it to you quicker. Then send your return back to us for a refund.
Q. What should I do if I encounter a fault with my purchase?
If you do have a problem with an item you have purchased, just send us an email explaining the problem and possibly a photo of the fault and then we will agree on the best course of action
