I have a couple of Birkenstock sandals. Bought the trainers. They seem very comfortable even from the first wear. The insole is very hard but forms to my foot. Very pleased with them. Also very happy with Brookfield Comfort. Ordering process was very simple and easy. Delivery was very quick. Would use Brookfield Comfort again.
The product arrived after the postal date window despite paying for ‘express shipping’ the item took 6 days from ordering to arriving. As a result the item was returned as I had missed the date I wanted the boots for. I had to pay for return shipping even though I hadn’t received the item within the delivery window. No gesture of goodwill or anything, poor customer service. I will not be using this company again.

We are sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience with us. If we have the item right here it is dispatched immediataely, but less stocked items need a delivery window to us before we can then ship out to you, this is why the estimated delivery times covers a few days.
Standard and Express require 1-3 business days for dispatch (Mon-Fri). 90% of orders are dispatched in one day but all orders are sent out within 3 days.
Express shipping means we send the order out with 24 hour royal mail and a standard order goes out with 48 hour royal mail.
Delivery dates are estimates and not a guarantee as they are dependant on external factors.

Bought these walking sandals and they've barely been off my feet since! Comfortable and practical, do come up slightly large, so be aware when ordering.
These sandals fit perfectly and look great. They’re also super light and comfortable. A great buy and great price.
Birkenstocks suit my foot shape perfectly and this leather trainer is very comfortable. My only criticism is that whatever trainer socks I wear, they always get pulled down at the heel. Odd, but otherwise the perfect shoe for me with my size 9 narrow foot.

I have difficulty in finding a shoe that fits but these are good. They are a bit wide but I insert an insole to make them more comfortable.

Lovely comfortable slippers. I had some 3 years ago, and velour was going a little it toe area so I looked for some more. They are very plush, and extremely comfortable.

Mens Roamers Superlight Slip On Shoes Nubuck Navy
This shoe is a very nice comfortable shoe. I ordered 3 pairs 2 size 11 for myself and my eldest son, and 1 oair size 7 for my youngest son. These were to be worn for my youngest sons wedding. Unfortunately the size 11 for my eldest son did not fit. So after first ringing to check with Brookfield that it was ok i returned them. The shoes initally cost £37 but i have recieved a refund of only £13.70. This seems a very expensive charge for postage. Not happy !!
Hi Glenn, having looked into this, there was a return label fee of £5 applied, but also a late return fee.
Like these shoes, although Im not sure I like the pink eyelets but I am keeping the shoes. Soft nubuck leather, rubbed a bit the first wear but Im sure they will soften quickly. Very good price and quality.
