Customer service was excellent. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes by accident for my son and a pair of sandals for myself. When I realised my error I contacted the company immediately. I received an extremely prompt friendly email advising the sandals were not in stock so could either choose a no issues refund for the outstanding balance or select an alternate pair of desert creepers.
I could not find a suitable alternative and received a refund of the excess promptly with equally prompt delivery of my son's shoes despite being Freepost! (My son may rate the actual comfort as I have forwarded the email to him) I will certainly keep an eye out for future purchases
