Size was a bit small

Discontent with the refund, £2 deduction from the cost of the shoes.
Excellent quality, no problems with returns as they were a bit small made and were exchanged very quickly.
I quite liked these leather clogs, they seem well made, real leather. I do find they are a little undersized, but I’m hoping they will wear in. Soles are a little slippy on carpet, but fine elsewhere.
