glenn macleod This shoe is a very nice comfortable shoe. I ordered 3 pairs 2 size 11 for myself and my eldest son, and 1 oair size 7 for my youngest son. These were to be worn for my youngest sons wedding. Unfortunately the size 11 for my eldest son did not fit. So after first ringing to check with Brookfield that it was ok i returned them. The shoes initally cost £37 but i have recieved a refund of only £13.70. This seems a very expensive charge for postage. Not happy !!
Hi Glenn, having looked into this, there was a return label fee of £5 applied, but also a late return fee.
