Excellent service. Unfortunately having ordered a standard fit I had to return my first pair of Birkinstock Arizona sandals as they were too wide. I subsequently contacted Brookfield Comfort and they sent me a narrow fit pair which arrived next day. They honoured the original sale price so I was delighted with my purchase.
